A. Call to order 7:10 PM

B. Roll Call – Sherri Cuddy, Ken Rice, Jen Schlagel, Deb Swatski, Anne Brinton, and Bobby Susic

C. Introductions/Presentations

E. Reports

1. President/Vice President Sherri Cuddy handed out new GNSC constitution and
Bylaws to all present.
2. Discussed new insurance coverage for club-only licensed coaches. These coaches will only be covered. Anne is checking into different plans.
3. League is proposing to charge club approximately $35.00 to each player to cover insurance and additional programs.
4. Select coaches are to be selected by 02/14/08.
5. Discussed licenses for coaches and combining coached clinics with training camps. **Only select coaches will be required to have both coaches and referee licenses.
6. Set tentative dates for player camps and coaches clinics- 1st camp is the 3rd week, of April. 2nd camp is in mid June.
7. Challenge sports – no longer affiliated with out league.

F. Old Business

1. Tom Ahrens is storing trailer and some nets.
2. Goal posts are at Lotus. Nets need to be stored (covered).

G. New Business

1. Anne Brinton-Treasurer is checking into a program for doing GNSC taxes,
Saving approximately, $500.00
