Registration for the 2008 season will close July 26th, after that your child will be put on a wait list

There are two different ways to register:

Option 1: On-line-We are waving the $10 late fee if you sign up online
There is a service fee on top of the normal $85 registration cost.
On-line registration gives you the convenience of paying with a credit/debit card.

You will still need to mail or drop off at SIerra Mountain Espresso the following:
The 1061 which will be e-mailed to you after registering. You will need to print it in color and sign in blue ink. 
A color head shot approximately 1" x 1.5" (no sunglasses or hats please). Important: the head/face portion of this photo should occupy at least 1" x 1" of the photo space.  Please do not     deviate from these specifications or we will be calling you for a new picture, delaying your application.
Copy of a state issued (not hospital) birth certificate, passport, or a current driver's license. Returning players from the 2007 season will not need to to submit a birth certificate.

Option 2: Register by US Mail:
Obtain a registration form download form 1601 here or pick one up at Sierra Mountain Espresso, or Cool home Works. Please print two copies in colored ink and sign with blue ink.

A check, money order, cashiers check or cash for $95 made payable to GNSC.

Age-Group Matrix 2008 Check the chart below to see which age-group your Player qualifies for in the Fall 2008 Season:

Club policy for the U6 age-group:  All players that are 5 years of age by August 1st are automatically eligible for U6 play.  4 year-old players are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  Those players are encouraged to register, but should be aware that they may be asked to wait an additional season.

State issued birth certificates can be obtained at vital statistics in the county of birth.
